Ck3 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using ck3's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by the ck3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply fully with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ck3 platform.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and ck3 as the platform operator.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the ck3 platform. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration & Eligibility
Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
Ck3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time before processing any transaction or approving a withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Never share your login details with anyone, including those claiming to represent ck3. The ck3 team will never ask for your password through any channel.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact ck3 support immediately at [email protected]. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account until we receive written notification of the security breach.
Platform Usage Rules
All ck3 users must comply with the following usage rules at all times. Violation of any of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure.
- Using false information during registration
- Abusing platform promotions or bonuses
- Using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
- Committing fraud or money laundering
- Disrupt or damage the functionality of the platform
- Registering an account on behalf of another person without authorisation
- Keeping personal information up to date at all times
- Use the platform within the set limits
- Comply with all applicable local laws
- Reporting any technical or security issues to the support team
- Responsible for all activity within your own account
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the ck3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include FPX (internet banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet and Maybank. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered by the user.
Ck3 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or where unusual account activity is detected. Deposit processing times depend on the chosen method and may vary from instant to several business days for withdrawals.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details they provide are accurate and up to date. ck3 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect account information provided by the user. All deposits made are final and non-reversible once processed.
Ck3 also maintains a policy on wagering requirements for bonuses and promotions. All wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the terms of each respective promotion. Users are advised to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
Ck3 accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss or betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ck3 platform, including brand names, logos, designs, text, graphics and software code, is the exclusive property of ck3 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use any platform content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
Where the ck3 platform displays links to third-party websites, those links are provided solely for your convenience. ck3 does not control the content of third-party websites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, content or practices.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ck3 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who:
- Breach any terms set out in these terms
- Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Registering multiple accounts
- Abuse promotions or the platform's systems
- Fail to verify identity when requested
- Violate applicable Malaysian law
Amendments & Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
Ck3 reserves the right to modify, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published constitutes acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiations between the relevant parties. Should negotiations fail, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through the appropriate legal procedures in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed void only to the extent of its invalidity, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
